I do believe in outsourcing or software for directory and article submissions. If you are at the stage where you are going to pursue a niche with your own product or affiliate products it is a huge and economical time saver.
Many services exist for social book marking and tagging. You just want to get a recommended one that does it right and has been in that businesses long enough to be established imho. Ask around in some of the popular IM forums – just be careful and choose wisely.
Here is a tip for Yahoo Answers
You can subscribe to an rss feed for yahoo answers and put it in your Bloglines! This way any question asked in your niche will be displayed in Bloglines for that feed.
Very cool way to keep up with the market and what people need answers for.
