Here is a great deal a fully functional copy of Camtasia Studio 3 for free.
I got mine today and it indeed works. They also offer an upgrade to Camtasia 5 for $149. 5 is normaly $299.

Download the free trial version of Camtasia Studio 3

and e-mail address and Techsmith will send you the software
key to unlock the program.

Install the program you downloaded from above
and then enter the software key you receive from Techsmith
and you’ll have a fully working version of Camtasia Studio 3
on your PC.
