30 day Challenge Preseason Update
Well all the preseason training has been viewed. I skipped a few I’m already versed on. Our group Accountability partners has 14 members and a facebook page with a little activity. Looks like most members are fairly experienced. Hopefully there will be more interaction as the 30 day challenge proper kicks off.

Thirty Day Challenge App On Facebook
The 30dc FB application is seriously slick. Wow. The integration of everything is very impressive. Definitely a game changer. Would love to know the cost/man-woman hours used to make that happen.

Accountability Partners Team
Joined a team of “Accountability Partners”. 11 members so far & a facebook group. The theme seems to be holding each other accountable for our progress. Kinda like a personal trainer at the gym who pushes you to achieve I guess.
