30 Day Challeng Day #7 – Ed’s Hair & That Action Figure On His Amp
I’m a little worried about Ed. In todays video His hair looks like mine on what I call “upload day”. That’s the day I wear a hat have a scruffy beard , don’t shower, drink Redbull and my desk could easily be declared a disaster area.
I’m not sure but I think that action figure on his amp is David Hasselhoff holding a guitar (disturbing).

We have homework?
Yep we have homework for the weekend. Getting out in the real world and doing research on what’s hot. What are people interested in?
This is a great idea and something I do if I’m looking for a niche to investigate. Ed recommend carrying a notebook, good idea. You do get some funny looks when you are walking around an establishment taking notes lol.
I get very funny looks because I don’t write note I record them. That device in my hand to your left is as the Thirty Day Challenge host would say “simply brilliant. It is an Olympus digital recorder that runs a long time on one AAA battery. I think it holds 256megs of audio. You can record in stereo, it has Mic & earphone jacks. Recordings can be kept in 5 different folders I think.
It also has SRS WOW effects and the coolest part?
You can pull it apart exposing a usb jack, just plug it straight into your pc. Brilliant! lol
Anothert cool tool I saw recently was the Flip Video digital video camera. Fits in the palm of your hand.
Holds 60min of (1gig) of mp4 videos and plugs straight into your pc via the built in usb flip out jack. All the software is contained in the device including some video editing software etc.
This would be great for impromptu video on the go suitable for YouTube etc. (not suitable for presentation videos). You can read about it here.
Wireless laptop, voice recorder, video recorder – you could be a niche research blogging machine.
Lots of my work to do this weekend but I will get out and take some audio notes.
Maybe I can pick up the Flip video thing. The kids could probably have a blast with it. If I purchase it for the Kids I won’t get into trouble with the Wife.
I can just “borrow” it every now and then.
No more lessons from the challenge until Monday but I may post about my journey to “the outside”. Doubt I will see anyone shopping for a good keyword research app lol. Should be interesting.
